Return Eligibility 

“Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in cases of wrong product received, defective/damaged product, or size mismatch/wrong size delivered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any other reason.”

Non-Returnable Items 

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products without original tags or packaging  

• Customized or altered items  

• Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. 

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days  

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method  

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other suitable methods  

Exchange Policy 

We may offer exchanges for: 

• Size issues  

• Defective products  

• Incorrect items received  

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. 

Shipping Charges 

• Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return  

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by Brinish
